Resident Benefits Package
The resident benefit package is a mandatory package that each resident is expected to pay with their rent and includes insurance, a/c, filters and other required lease items as well as other benefits for the resident.
What is the Resident Benefit Package
All of our residents are enrolled in the Resident Benefit Package or RBP which is provided to keep our residents in compliance with their lease requirements as well as added benefits to help with credit building, protect against identity theft, provide resident rewards and more.
Lease Requirements:
Each tenant's lease requires the tenant to maintain a $100,000 liability insurance for the residence in case of accidental flood, fire and other damages that could occur while residing in the rental home.
If a pet is authorized for the rental unit the tenant is also required to carry insurance for their pet against bites and damages.
Tenants are also required to change the air filters in the HVAC system at least 1 time every 2 months

Disclaimer: Resident Benefits Package is REQUIRED with ALL Elliott & Eijo Group lease agreements. The Resident Benefits Package will be billed monthly as one charge to include the insurance benefit and the services benefit. Tenants should consult an insurance professional to evaluate and determine personal insurance needs. Tenants who provide proof of their own renter’s insurance policy that is lease compliant may opt out of the insurance benefit and $10.95 will be deducted from the monthly cost of the Resident Benefits Package.
