Rent collection is simple when tenants pay on time—but when they don’t, having an experienced property management team makes all the difference. Elliott & Eijo Group strictly enforces lease terms and handles rent collection in accordance with current landlord-tenant laws and local rental ordinances, so you’re always protected.

If rent is not received by the end of the lease’s grace period, we issue the proper legal notices and assess applicable late fees. Should a tenant fail to pay or violate lease terms—including failure to maintain the property—we take swift, compliant action to resolve the issue.

In the event eviction becomes necessary, we assist with the entire process and provide eviction services at no additional management cost (court costs only). Once possession is regained, we move quickly to re-rent the property and minimize vacancy.

To streamline payments, tenants have access to a secure online portal available 24/7, making rent payment fast and convenient. Collected rent is used to pay approved maintenance expenses, and your net rental income is deposited directly into your bank account via ACH by the 10th of each month—no delays, no guesswork.
