Friend and consultant to her clients, Jennifer Rowell makes the path to home ownership a little easier for home buyers in Polk County, Florida. She takes the time to thoroughly explain the mortgage process and stays in touch throughout the transaction and beyond.

Jennifer has been in the mortgage business since 1997, assisting new and experienced home buyers and property investors. She recently came to Atlantic Bay to offer her extensive expertise to borrowers in Lakeland, Winter Haven, and Orlando. Jennifer makes the mortgage process easy by working with her clients based on their level of experience in purchasing a home. She says, “Lots of people, especially couples, want to talk when they are together so I work my schedule around them and their specific routine to make it easier for them. I meet with my first time homebuyers up front to explain the process so they understand all the paperwork they’ll sign. With a more experienced buyer and clients who are always busy, I make myself available after hours for texts, calls, or emails.”

Jennifer says, “I want my clients to feel educated when they are at closing. I don’t ever want them to not understand any part of the process. I never want them to get in their home and then realize they have unanswered questions. However, if they do have questions even after they’ve closed, they can call me. I don’t disappear after closings. I just want them to be at ease.”

An active member of her community, Jennifer is a supporter of the Shriners Hospitals for Children, which helped her sister recover from a terrible car accident as a child. In addition, she is an animal lover and advocate for the Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (SPCA).
